Granny Choe’s new BFF — food photographer and kimchifan, Patrick Bae – was kind enough to trek out to kimchi headquarters earlier this week to shoot some kimchi-based recipes that we prepared for use on our website, including (drumroll, please) kimchi chocolate. Here’s a behind-the-scenes shot of us prepping a kimchi pancake for its moment in the spotlight.
